Easy No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert
Ingredients
- 110 roll Strawberry shortcake rolls (Little Debbie)(500g)
- 21 carton No bake cheesecake filling(450g)
- 38 sheet Graham crackers(120g)
- 41 tub Cool Whip (extra creamy, thawed)(225g)
- 51 packet Instant strawberry gelatin (Jello)(85g)
- 61 cup Fresh strawberries(150g)
Instructions
- 1Arrange the strawberry shortcake rolls in a single layer in a 13x9 inch pan.
- 2Spread the entire carton of no bake cheesecake filling evenly over the shortcake rolls.
- 3Place graham cracker sheets in a single layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
- 4In a bowl, gently fold the instant strawberry gelatin powder into the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
- 5Spread the strawberry Cool Whip mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- 6Top the dessert with sliced fresh strawberries.
- 7Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 8Slice and serve chilled.
