- 1345 g Unsalted butter(345g)
- 290 g Granulated white sugar(90g)
- 3420 g All-purpose flour(420g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 530 g Powdered sugar(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated white sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 3Add the salt and mix well.
- 4Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- 5Form small balls of dough, each weighing about 18-19 grams.
- 6Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Freeze the dough balls for 15 minutes to prevent spreading.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- 9Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for 10-15 minutes.
- 10Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled cookies before serving.
