Ingredients

  • 1345 g Unsalted butter(345g)
  • 290 g Granulated white sugar(90g)
  • 3420 g All-purpose flour(420g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 530 g Powdered sugar(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated white sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add the salt and mix well.
  4. 4Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. 5Form small balls of dough, each weighing about 18-19 grams.
  6. 6Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Freeze the dough balls for 15 minutes to prevent spreading.
  8. 8Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. 9Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for 10-15 minutes.
  10. 10Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled cookies before serving.
