Stuffed Chicken Breast with Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 chicken breast(400g)
- 20.25 cup cream cheese(60g)
- 30.5 red bell pepper(75g)
- 42 tablespoon parsley(8g)
- 51 teaspoon chicken spices(2g)
- 61 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 70.5 teaspoon white pepper(1g)
- 81 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 91 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
- 102 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 110.5 cup tomato purée(120g)
- 120.5 cup cooking cream(120g)
- 130.25 cup cheese (kashkaval or similar)(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped red bell pepper, chopped parsley, chicken spices, paprika, white pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- 3Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- 4Season the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and chicken spices.
- 5Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- 6Add tomato purée and cooking cream to the skillet. Sprinkle with additional salt, paprika, and chicken spices as desired.
- 7Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- 8Sprinkle cheese (kashkaval or similar) on top and let it melt before serving.
