Ingredients

  • 10.33 cup evaporated milk, light(80g)
  • 21 cup low-fat cheese (Edam or other reduced fat)(100g)
  • 31 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 40.13 teaspoon salt(1g)
  • 50.13 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 62 tablespoon jalapenos, pickled or fresh, finely diced(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add evaporated milk, low-fat cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, and diced jalapenos to a small saucepan.
  2. 2Heat on low, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not boil or simmer.
  3. 3Serve warm as a dip for taquitos.
