Jalapeno Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 10.33 cup evaporated milk, light(80g)
- 21 cup low-fat cheese (Edam or other reduced fat)(100g)
- 31 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 40.13 teaspoon salt(1g)
- 50.13 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 62 tablespoon jalapenos, pickled or fresh, finely diced(6g)
Instructions
- 1Add evaporated milk, low-fat cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, and diced jalapenos to a small saucepan.
- 2Heat on low, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not boil or simmer.
- 3Serve warm as a dip for taquitos.
