Homemade Pizza with Tomato Sauce

- 151.5 cup mozzarella cheese(170g)
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant.
- 2Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
- 3Simmer the sauce for 3 minutes after adding the seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons sugar.
- 5Add water and 1.5 teaspoons olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- 6Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 7Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- 8Preheat the oven to 550°F (288°C).
- 9Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- 10Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 11Top with mozzarella cheese.
- 12Bake the pizza at 550°F (288°C) for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 13Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
