Ingredients

  • 1200 g Raw broccoli(200g)
  • 21 Carrot(60g)
  • 31 Leek(90g)
  • 4100 g Feta cheese(100g)
  • 5250 g Cooked chicken breast(250g)
  • 62 Eggs(100g)
  • 7250 ml Milk(255g)
  • 8150 g Flour(150g)
  • 910 g Baking powder(10g)
  • 101 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
  • 110.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 120.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
  • 130.5 teaspoon Garlic powder(1.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. 2Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, carrot, and leek.
  4. 4Add the eggs, crumbled feta cheese, milk, flour, baking powder, olive oil, and chopped cooked chicken breast.
  5. 5Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. 6Mix until well combined.
  7. 7Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. 8Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden and set in the centre.
  9. 9Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
