- 1200 g Raw broccoli(200g)
- 21 Carrot(60g)
- 31 Leek(90g)
- 4100 g Feta cheese(100g)
- 5250 g Cooked chicken breast(250g)
- 62 Eggs(100g)
- 7250 ml Milk(255g)
- 8150 g Flour(150g)
- 910 g Baking powder(10g)
- 101 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
- 110.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 120.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
- 130.5 teaspoon Garlic powder(1.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, carrot, and leek.
- 4Add the eggs, crumbled feta cheese, milk, flour, baking powder, olive oil, and chopped cooked chicken breast.
- 5Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 6Mix until well combined.
- 7Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 8Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden and set in the centre.
- 9Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
