Ingredients

  • 12 medium potato(300g)
  • 21 cup fine bulgur (or kamouneh)(150g)
  • 31 small onion(60g)
  • 42 tablespoon tomato paste(32g)
  • 51 tablespoon red pepper paste(16g)
  • 61 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 71 teaspoon dried mint(1g)
  • 81 tablespoon pomegranate molasses(20g)
  • 91 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 100.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 112.5 tablespoon olive oil(34g)

Instructions

  1. 1Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them in a large bowl.
  2. 2Add the fine bulgur (or kamouneh) to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. 3Add the finely chopped onion, tomato paste, red pepper paste, paprika, dried mint, pomegranate molasses, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
