Ingredients
- 12 cup jasmine rice(380g)
- 20.33 stick butter(38g)
- 31 packet rice seasoning (for white rice, contains salt, garlic, onion)(10g)
- 42 garlic cloves(6g)
- 50.25 onion(30g)
- 61 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., corn, peas, carrots)(130g)
- 74.5 cup water(1080g)
Instructions
- 1Heat a pot over medium heat and add the butter to melt.
- 2Add the jasmine rice and sauté gently, stirring until the color changes slightly but does not brown.
- 3In a blender, combine the rice seasoning packet, garlic cloves, onion, and half a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- 4Pour the blended mixture into the rice and stir well.
- 5Add the remaining water to the pot and stir.
- 6Add the mixed vegetables of your choice (such as corn, peas, or carrots).
- 7Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low.
- 8Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
- 9Turn off the heat and let the rice rest, covered, for another 10 minutes to allow it to fluff up.
- 10Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
