Ingredients

  • 130 maraschino cherries with stems(180g)
  • 21 cup Coca-Cola(240g)
  • 33 tablespoon cherry Jell-O mix(30g)
  • 42 tablespoon unflavored gelatin(20g)
  • 51 cup white rum(240g)
  • 61 teaspoon edible glitter(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a pot, combine Coca-Cola, cherry Jell-O mix, and unflavored gelatin. Sprinkle both powders on top of the soda and allow to sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
  2. 2Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly until dissolved.
  3. 3Remove from heat and add white rum. Whisk to combine.
  4. 4Once slightly cooled, grease the silicone mold with nonstick spray and place it onto a baking sheet.
  5. 5Pour the mixture halfway into each heart-shaped mold cavity, then add a maraschino cherry to each.
  6. 6Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until set.
  7. 7Carefully remove the Jell-O shots from the mold.
  8. 8Top with edible glitter to serve and enjoy.
