  • 11 lb chicken breast(454g)
  • 21 onion, chopped(150g)
  • 31 tablespoon ranch seasoning(8g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon paprika(1g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning(1g)
  • 90.25 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce(60g)
  • 101 jar Alfredo sauce(425g)
  • 1116 oz pasta (uncooked)(454g)
  • 120.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated(25g)
  • 130.75 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded(85g)
  • 142 tablespoon ranch dressing(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add the chicken breast, chopped onion, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and 1/4 cup of Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce to a crockpot.
  2. 2Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. 3Shred or chop the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
  4. 4Add the Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain.
  6. 6Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix everything together.
  7. 7Taste and add more Buffalo sauce if desired.
  8. 8Serve hot, optionally topped with extra Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
