  • 71 can (10.5 ounces) French Onion Soup(298g)
  • 83 cup Beef Broth(720g)
  • 912 ounce Egg Noodles(340g)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until beef is seared on all sides.
  3. 3Pour in French onion soup and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then cook on low for 10 minutes.
  4. 4Add egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  5. 5Remove the pot from heat. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
