French Onion Beef and Noodles

- 12 tablespoon Olive Oil(27g)
- 21 pound Beef Stew Meat(454g)
- 31 teaspoon Onion Powder(2.6g)
- 41 teaspoon Garlic Powder(2.8g)
- 50.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 60.25 teaspoon Black Pepper(0.6g)
- 71 can (10.5 ounces) French Onion Soup(298g)
- 83 cup Beef Broth(720g)
- 912 ounce Egg Noodles(340g)
- 100.5 cup Sour Cream(120g)
- 110.25 cup Parmesan Cheese(25g)
- 121 cup French Fried Onions(60g)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- 2Add beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until beef is seared on all sides.
- 3Pour in French onion soup and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then cook on low for 10 minutes.
- 4Add egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- 5Remove the pot from heat. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- 6Sprinkle with French fried onions before serving.
