Restaurant Quality Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 10.25 cup soy sauce(60g)
- 20.25 cup Worcestershire sauce(60g)
- 30.33 cup brown sugar(67g)
- 41 tablespoon minced garlic(15g)
- 51 teaspoon black pepper(2g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 71 teaspoon smoked paprika(2g)
- 81 teaspoon minced onion(3g)
- 94 pork chops(800g)
- 104 tablespoon butter(56g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and minced onion.
- 2Blend the marinade ingredients together until well mixed.
- 3Add the pork chops to the marinade and toss to coat.
- 4Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
- 5Remove pork chops from the marinade.
- 6Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 7Sear both sides of the pork chops on the grill to lock in juices and flavor.
- 8Remove pork chops from the grill and place them in a metal pan.
- 9Add butter to the pan and place pork chops on top.
- 10Return the pan to the grill and cook until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- 11Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
