Ingredients

  • 10.25 cup soy sauce(60g)
  • 20.25 cup Worcestershire sauce(60g)
  • 30.33 cup brown sugar(67g)
  • 41 tablespoon minced garlic(15g)
  • 51 teaspoon black pepper(2g)
  • 61 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 71 teaspoon smoked paprika(2g)
  • 81 teaspoon minced onion(3g)
  • 94 pork chops(800g)
  • 104 tablespoon butter(56g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and minced onion.
  2. 2Blend the marinade ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. 3Add the pork chops to the marinade and toss to coat.
  4. 4Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  5. 5Remove pork chops from the marinade.
  6. 6Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. 7Sear both sides of the pork chops on the grill to lock in juices and flavor.
  8. 8Remove pork chops from the grill and place them in a metal pan.
  9. 9Add butter to the pan and place pork chops on top.
  10. 10Return the pan to the grill and cook until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  11. 11Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
