- 11 cup orzo pasta(170g)
- 22 cup chicken broth(480g)
- 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
- 40.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
- 51 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 60.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- 2Add orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 3Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- 4Cook, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- 6Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
