Ingredients

  • 11 cup orzo pasta(170g)
  • 22 cup chicken broth(480g)
  • 30.5 cup heavy cream(120g)
  • 40.5 cup parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 51 tablespoon butter(14g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. 2Add orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. 3Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4Cook, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  6. 6Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
