- 20.25 cup blueberry jelly(60g)
- 30.25 cup nata de coco(60g)
- 40.25 cup shredded coconut strips(20g)
- 51 cup pomegranate seeds(170g)
- 60.75 cup milk(180g)
- 70.5 cup coconut milk(120g)
- 80.25 cup evaporated milk(60g)
- 92 tablespoon condensed milk(30g)
- 101 cup ice(120g)
Instructions
- 1Rinse the sago and cook it in boiling water until translucent, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2In a large bowl, combine cooked sago, blueberry jelly, nata de coco, shredded coconut strips, and pomegranate seeds.
- 3Add milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk to the bowl. Mix well.
- 4Add ice and stir to chill the dessert.
- 5Serve immediately in bowls or glasses.
