Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. 2Prepare the streusel topping: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, 0.5 cup flour, cinnamon, and 0.25 cup butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  3. 3In a large bowl, cream together 0.5 cup butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. 4Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
