Ingredients

  • 14 Salmon fillets(480g)
  • 20.5 cup Mayonnaise(120g)
  • 30.25 cup Sweet chili sauce(60g)
  • 41 tablespoon Sriracha sauce(18g)
  • 52 cup Cooked rice(340g)
  • 6400 g Green beans(400g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. 3Pat salmon fillets dry and brush generously with half of the bang bang sauce.
  4. 4Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy on top.
  5. 5While salmon cooks, steam or microwave green beans until tender.
  6. 6Serve salmon fillets over cooked rice with green beans on the side.
  7. 7Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over the salmon before serving.
