Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon with Rice and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 14 Salmon fillets(480g)
- 20.5 cup Mayonnaise(120g)
- 30.25 cup Sweet chili sauce(60g)
- 41 tablespoon Sriracha sauce(18g)
- 52 cup Cooked rice(340g)
- 6400 g Green beans(400g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- 3Pat salmon fillets dry and brush generously with half of the bang bang sauce.
- 4Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy on top.
- 5While salmon cooks, steam or microwave green beans until tender.
- 6Serve salmon fillets over cooked rice with green beans on the side.
- 7Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over the salmon before serving.
