Ingredients

  • 12 stick butter(226g)
  • 21 clove garlic(3g)
  • 31 teaspoon lemon zest(2g)
  • 41 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
  • 51 teaspoon anchovy paste(5g)
  • 61 teaspoon Dijon mustard(5g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
  • 91 tablespoon parsley(4g)
  • 102 tablespoon Parmesan cheese(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine softened butter, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2Add chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
