- 51 teaspoon anchovy paste(5g)
- 61 teaspoon Dijon mustard(5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 91 tablespoon parsley(4g)
- 102 tablespoon Parmesan cheese(10g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine softened butter, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- 2Add chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 3Mix until well combined.
- 4Serve immediately as a spread, or roll into a log and refrigerate for later use.
