2Add salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil to the chicken. Mix well to coat evenly.
3Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4Remove the chicken from heat. Add honey and sugar free BBQ sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
5Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6In a separate pan over medium heat, add fat free evaporated milk, light cream cheese, and chicken stock powder. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
7Add grated light cheddar cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and creamy.
8Add the cooked and drained macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix until well combined.
9Divide the macaroni and cheese into 4 servings. Top each serving with the honey BBQ chicken.
10Serve immediately or store in meal prep containers for later.
