Creamy Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Smoked Meat Salad
Ingredients
- 12 cup broccoli florets(150g)
- 22 cup cauliflower florets(150g)
- 31 cup smoked meat(120g)
- 40.5 cup mayonnaise(120g)
- 50.25 cup sour cream(60g)
- 61 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 80.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
- 2Chop the smoked meat into bite-sized pieces.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and smoked meat.
- 4In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Pour the dressing over the vegetables and smoked meat. Toss until everything is well coated.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
