- 11 piece Chicken thigh(120g)
- 21 cup Rice(180g)
- 32 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
- 41 tablespoon Ginger(15g)
- 52 pieces Green onion(30g)
- 60.5 cup Snow peas(50g)
- 70.5 teaspoon Chili flakes(2g)
- 81 teaspoon Sesame seeds(5g)
Instructions
- 1Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2In a pot, combine soy sauce, ginger, and water to make a broth.
- 3Grill or pan-fry chicken thigh until cooked through.
- 4Slice green onion and snow peas.
- 5Add vegetables to the broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 6Serve rice in a bowl, top with chicken, pour over broth and vegetables.
- 7Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
