Ingredients

  • 16 cup chicken broth(1440g)
  • 21 tablespoon minced garlic(9g)
  • 32 teaspoon sliced ginger root(4g)
  • 40.5 cup sliced green onions(50g)
  • 53 baby bok choy(210g)
  • 62 cup frozen wontons(300g)
  • 71 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms(70g)
  • 80.25 cup soy sauce(60g)
  • 91 tablespoon sesame oil(13g)

Instructions

  1. 1Add chicken broth to a stockpot over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and sliced ginger root. Stir.
  3. 3Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Remove the cover. Add sliced green onions and baby bok choy. Stir together and cover the pot. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5Remove the cover and add the frozen wontons. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.
  6. 6Remove the cover and add sliced shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat through.
  7. 7Serve hot.
