Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
- 18 oz spaghetti(227g)
- 21 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined(454g)
- 33 tablespoon butter(42g)
- 44 clove garlic, minced(16g)
- 51 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 61 salt(5g)
- 71 black pepper(2g)
- 82 tablespoon parsley, chopped(8g)
- 92 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated(10g)
Instructions
- 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- 2Sauté shrimp in butter and garlic until pink.
- 3Add lemon juice. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
- 4Toss shrimp with pasta. Add parsley and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
