High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 11 cup all natural creamy peanut butter(250g)
- 20.75 cup coconut sugar(120g)
- 30.5 cup vanilla protein powder(60g)
- 42 eggs(100g)
- 51 teaspoon baking soda(5g)
- 60.5 cup dark chocolate chips(85g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla protein powder, eggs, and baking soda until well combined.
- 3Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- 4Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, smoothing out each cookie.
- 5Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
- 6Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
