Ingredients

  • 11 cup all natural creamy peanut butter(250g)
  • 20.75 cup coconut sugar(120g)
  • 30.5 cup vanilla protein powder(60g)
  • 42 eggs(100g)
  • 51 teaspoon baking soda(5g)
  • 60.5 cup dark chocolate chips(85g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla protein powder, eggs, and baking soda until well combined.
  3. 3Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. 4Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, smoothing out each cookie.
  5. 5Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
