72 teaspoon Onion powder(6g)
82 teaspoon Garlic granules(6g)
92 tablespoon Canola or olive oil spray(24g)
Instructions
1Preheat your oven, smoker, or BBQ to 160°C.
2Using a mandolin or sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes evenly.
3Spray a baking dish with canola or olive oil spray.
4Layer the dish with potatoes, then bacon, a light sprinkle of onion powder, garlic granules, Boars Night Out White Lightning seasoning, grated cheese, and Lane’s SPG seasoning (or salt & pepper).
5Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
6On the final layer, add the remaining bacon, pour over the thickened cream, and cover the top generously with grated cheese.
7Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with oil and place it sprayed-side down over the dish to prevent sticking.
8Bake covered for 2 hours at 160°C.
9Check the potatoes for tenderness with a skewer or knife.
10Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 180°C, and bake uncovered for a further 30 minutes until the top is golden, bubbling, and crispy.
