Sweet Chilli Beef Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 1900 g Beef strips(900g)
- 240 g Cornflour(40g)
- 31 tablespoon Olive oil(15g)
- 43 cloves Garlic(9g)
- 5120 ml Sweet chilli sauce(120g)
- 62 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
- 71 tablespoon Rice vinegar(15g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Chilli flakes(1.5g)
- 9320 g Egg noodles (dry)(320g)
- 102 medium Red pepper(300g)
- 112 medium Carrots(200g)
- 12150 g Sugar snap peas(150g)
- 133 Spring onions(45g)
- 141 tablespoon Sesame seeds(10g)
Instructions
- 1Cook egg noodles until just tender, drain, and set aside.
- 2Toss beef strips in cornflour until lightly coated.
- 3Heat olive oil in a hot pan and fry beef in batches until caramelised and crisp at the edges.
- 4Add garlic, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
- 5Add peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry 2–3 minutes so they stay vibrant.
- 6Toss noodles through the sauce until evenly coated.
- 7Finish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
