Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1800 g potatoes(800g)
- 21 head garlic(40g)
- 33 tablespoon unsalted butter(42g)
- 40.5 cup milk(120g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 60.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with a little oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-40 minutes until soft.
- 3Peel and chop potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 4Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- 5Squeeze roasted garlic cloves out of the skins and add to the potatoes.
- 6Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth.
- 7Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
