- 1200 ml warm water(200g)
- 22 tablespoon sugar(25g)
- 31 tablespoon dry yeast(9g)
- 42 cup flour(250g)
- 52 teaspoon salt(12g)
- 62 tablespoon powdered milk(16g)
- 72 tablespoon oil(27g)
- 80.75 cup pizza sauce(180g)
- 92 cup cheese(200g)
- 100.5 cup pepperoni(50g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix 200 ml warm water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon dry yeast. Let rest for 10-20 minutes until bubbly.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons salt, and 2 tablespoons powdered milk.
- 3Add the starter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- 4Add a drizzle (about 2 tablespoons) of oil and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- 5Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- 6Punch down the dough, knead briefly, and divide into 2 or 3 pieces.
- 7Grease your pans, stretch out the dough, and add pizza sauce, plenty of cheese, and your favorite toppings (such as pepperoni).
- 8Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- 9Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy.
