  • 100.5 cup pepperoni(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix 200 ml warm water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon dry yeast. Let rest for 10-20 minutes until bubbly.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons salt, and 2 tablespoons powdered milk.
  3. 3Add the starter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4Add a drizzle (about 2 tablespoons) of oil and knead for a few minutes until smooth.

  6. 6Punch down the dough, knead briefly, and divide into 2 or 3 pieces.
  7. 7Grease your pans, stretch out the dough, and add pizza sauce, plenty of cheese, and your favorite toppings (such as pepperoni).
  8. 8Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. 9Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy.
