Homemade Freshly Squeezed Carnival Lemonade
Ingredients
- 11 lemon(120g)
- 20.25 cup sugar(50g)
- 31 cup ice(130g)
- 42 cup water(480g)
Instructions
- 1Roll the lemon on the counter to soften it.
- 2Cut the lemon in half and juice both halves into a Mason jar.
- 3Add 1/4 cup sugar to the jar.
- 4Mix the lemon juice and sugar with a wooden spatula until it forms a slushy mixture.
- 5Add 1 cup of ice to the jar.
- 6Pour in 2 cups (or one bottle) of water.
- 7Seal the Mason jar with a lid and shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
- 8Insert a straw and serve immediately.
