  • 22 caramelized onions(120g)
  • 37 slice bacon(140g)
  • 4100 g Brie cheese(100g)
  • 530 g walnuts(30g)
  • 61 egg(50g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
  2. 2Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares.
  3. 3Place a spoonful of caramelized onions, a piece of bacon, a chunk of Brie cheese, and a few walnuts in the center of each square.
  4. 4Fold the pastry squares into parcels, sealing the edges.
  5. 5Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the parcels.
