Christmas Puff Pastry Appetizer Parcels
Ingredients
- 11 sheet puff pastry sheet(250g)
- 22 caramelized onions(120g)
- 37 slice bacon(140g)
- 4100 g Brie cheese(100g)
- 530 g walnuts(30g)
- 61 egg(50g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
- 2Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares.
- 3Place a spoonful of caramelized onions, a piece of bacon, a chunk of Brie cheese, and a few walnuts in the center of each square.
- 4Fold the pastry squares into parcels, sealing the edges.
- 5Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the parcels.
- 6Arrange the parcels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 8Let cool slightly before serving.
