High-Protein Flourless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 14 Eggs(200g)
- 20.5 cup Cocoa powder(50g)
- 30.5 cup Protein powder(60g)
- 41 cup Greek yogurt(240g)
- 50.25 cup Sweetener(50g)
- 61 teaspoon Baking powder(5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2In a bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- 3Add Greek yogurt and sweetener to the eggs and mix well.
- 4Sift in the cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder.
- 5Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- 6Pour the batter into a lined or greased cake pan.
- 7Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 8Let cool before slicing and serving.
