Crispy Broccoli & Cheddar Balls
Ingredients
- 10.25 cup chopped broccoli(35g)
- 20.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese(56g)
- 34 oz cream cheese(113g)
- 40.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese(50g)
- 51 egg(50g)
- 62.5 tablespoon ranch seasoning(20g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- 2Roll the mixture into 5-6 balls. For best results, freeze the balls for an hour to help them hold their shape.
- 3Dip each ball into the whisked egg, then coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 4Place the balls in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
