Ingredients

  • 10.25 cup chopped broccoli(35g)
  • 20.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese(56g)
  • 34 oz cream cheese(113g)
  • 40.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 51 egg(50g)
  • 62.5 tablespoon ranch seasoning(20g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  2. 2Roll the mixture into 5-6 balls. For best results, freeze the balls for an hour to help them hold their shape.
  3. 3Dip each ball into the whisked egg, then coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. 4Place the balls in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
