Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 18 pieces chicken thighs(1200g)
- 22 pieces lemon(200g)
- 33 tablespoon olive oil(40g)
- 44 cloves garlic(16g)
- 52 tablespoon fresh rosemary(6g)
- 62 tablespoon fresh parsley(6g)
- 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Pat chicken thighs dry and place them in a baking tray.
- 3Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
- 4Sprinkle minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and parsley evenly over the chicken.
- 5Season with salt and black pepper.
- 6Slice lemons and tuck slices around and under the chicken thighs.
- 7Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- 8Garnish with extra herbs and serve hot.
