Ingredients

  • 16 Bone-in chicken thighs, skin on(1200g)
  • 20.5 lemon Lemon juice(25g)
  • 30.33 cup Extra virgin olive oil(72g)
  • 42 tablespoon Parsley, chopped(8g)
  • 51 tablespoon Honey(21g)
  • 61 lemon Lemon zest(6g)
  • 71 tablespoon Lemon pepper seasoning(7g)
  • 81 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(2g)
  • 91 teaspoon Garlic powder(3g)
  • 101 teaspoon Onion powder(2g)
  • 112 teaspoon Salt(12g)
  • 121 teaspoon Chicken bouillon seasoning (optional)(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, juice of half a lemon, lemon zest, chopped parsley, honey, lemon pepper seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and chicken bouillon seasoning (if using). Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. 2Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. 3Cover and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  4. 4Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. 5Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish. Optionally, top with lemon wheels.
  6. 6Bake for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden and crispy.
  7. 7Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle pan juices over the chicken or serve with rice or vegetables.
