Ingredients

  • 12 cup pineapple, chopped(330g)
  • 21 cup sugar(200g)
  • 31 cup water(240g)
  • 40.25 tablespoon salt(4g)
  • 51 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
  • 60.25 teaspoon yellow food coloring(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a pot, combine chopped pineapple, sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. 2Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3After about 15 minutes of boiling, add yellow food coloring.
  4. 4Continue cooking for 10-15 more minutes.
  5. 5Remove from heat and let cool completely.
