- 12 cup pineapple, chopped(330g)
- 21 cup sugar(200g)
- 31 cup water(240g)
- 40.25 tablespoon salt(4g)
- 51 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 60.25 teaspoon yellow food coloring(1g)
Instructions
- 1In a pot, combine chopped pineapple, sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice.
- 2Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 3After about 15 minutes of boiling, add yellow food coloring.
- 4Continue cooking for 10-15 more minutes.
- 5Remove from heat and let cool completely.
