Express Paninis with Ground Meat
Ingredients
- 1300 g ground meat(300g)
- 21 onion(100g)
- 32 clove garlic(8g)
- 40.5 red bell pepper(75g)
- 50.5 green bell pepper(75g)
- 61 teaspoon ras el hanout(2g)
- 71 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 80.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 90.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 101 cup water(240g)
- 112 tablespoon parsley(6g)
- 121 pizza dough(400g)
- 136 slice cheddar cheese(120g)
- 1460 g mozzarella cheese(60g)
- 151 tablespoon cooking oil(14g)
Instructions
- 1Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2Add the ground meat and fry until browned.
- 3Add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, and diced green bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes.
- 4Season with ras el hanout, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Pour in the water and let simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- 6Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
- 7Divide the pizza dough into 6 equal portions.
- 8On each portion, place one slice of cheddar cheese, a spoonful of the meat filling, and some mozzarella cheese.
- 9Fold the dough over the filling, seal the edges well, and flatten slightly.
- 10Cook each panini on a skillet or panini press (without closing the press) until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 11Serve hot.
