  • 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, mix together the lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, honey, and thyme.
  2. 2Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. 4In a baking dish, place sliced onion, orange, and lemon at the bottom.
  5. 5Arrange the marinated chicken pieces skin-side up on top of the slices.
  6. 6Add baby potatoes and dot with butter around the chicken.
  7. 7Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  8. 8Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  9. 9Serve hot, garnished with extra thyme if desired.
