- 1115 g Butter(115g)
- 2120 g Light brown sugar(120g)
- 350 g Granulated sugar(50g)
- 41 Egg(50g)
- 51 teaspoon Vanilla extract(5g)
- 6270 g Plain flour(270g)
- 70.5 teaspoon Baking powder(2g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda(2g)
- 91 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 1050 g Chopped Kinder bars(50g)
- 1150 g Chopped white chocolate(50g)
- 1260 g Hazelnut spread(60g)
- 1330 g Extra Kinder bars for topping(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2In a large bowl, mix butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- 3Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- 4Add plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- 5Fold in chopped Kinder bars and chopped white chocolate.
- 6Form dough into 80g balls and shape into hearts using moulds or by hand.
- 7Place shaped cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
- 9Allow cookies to cool slightly.
- 10Top each cookie with hazelnut spread, extra chopped Kinder bars, and a piece of Kinder Bueno if desired.
- 11Serve and enjoy.
