Ingredients

  • 18 slice garlic toast(320g)
  • 21 lb shrimp, roughly chopped and whole(454g)
  • 31 lb imitation crab, roughly chopped(454g)
  • 40.5 cup green onions, chopped(50g)
  • 52 egg white(66g)
  • 60.5 cup mayonnaise(120g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon ground pepper(1g)
  • 81 teaspoon sugar(4g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon garlic salt(2g)
  • 101 teaspoon paprika(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, imitation crab, green onions, egg whites, mayonnaise, ground pepper, sugar, and garlic salt. Mix well.
  3. 3Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Place garlic toast slices on a baking rack lined with parchment paper or on a cooling rack inside a baking pan.
  5. 5Scoop a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture onto each slice of garlic toast.
  6. 6Sprinkle paprika on top of each toast.
  7. 7Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the toast is crispy. Add a few more minutes if you prefer it more toasted.
