Mini Puff Pastry Fruit Danish
Ingredients
- 11 sheet puff pastry(250g)
- 2100 g cream cheese(100g)
- 32 tablespoon sugar(25g)
- 41 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 5150 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries)(150g)
- 61 egg(50g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into small squares or circles.
- 3Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- 5Top with mixed berries.
- 6Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- 7Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- 8Cool slightly before serving.
