XXL Cookie with Hazelnut and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1100 g vergeoise(100g)
- 2120 g melted butter(120g)
- 31 egg(50g)
- 41 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 5250 g flour(250g)
- 61 pinch salt(0.5g)
- 71 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
- 8100 g chocolate chips(100g)
- 92 tablespoons Nutella for decoration(37g)
- 102 tablespoons Prozis Bueno spread for decoration(37g)
- 1130 g crushed hazelnuts for decoration(30g)
Instructions
- 1Mix melted butter and vergeoise in a bowl.
- 2Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again.
- 3Combine with dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 4Fold in chocolate chips to form cookie dough.
- 5Spread the dough in a lined baking pan.
- 6Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 7Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
- 8Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
- 9Add Nutella, Prozis Bueno spread, and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
