Ingredients

  • 11 cup chocolate (milk or dark)(200g)
  • 20.75 cup smooth peanut butter(200g)
  • 31.5 tablespoon coconut oil(20g)
  • 43 cup Rice Krispies (crispy rice cereal)(100g)
  • 50.5 cup oats (rolled or quick)(50g)
  • 625 g hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds(25g)
  • 71 pinch sea salt (optional)(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
  2. 2Stir in peanut butter until fully combined. Warm slightly if needed.
  3. 3Add Rice Krispies, oats, salt, and hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds if using. Mix well.
  4. 4Spoon mixture into a 12-hole muffin tray (ideally silicone) and press down firmly.
  5. 5Freeze for 1 hour until set.
  6. 6Let sit for 5–10 minutes before eating for best texture.
