No-Bake Healthier Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients
- 11 cup chocolate (milk or dark)(200g)
- 20.75 cup smooth peanut butter(200g)
- 31.5 tablespoon coconut oil(20g)
- 43 cup Rice Krispies (crispy rice cereal)(100g)
- 50.5 cup oats (rolled or quick)(50g)
- 625 g hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds(25g)
- 71 pinch sea salt (optional)(1g)
Instructions
- 1Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
- 2Stir in peanut butter until fully combined. Warm slightly if needed.
- 3Add Rice Krispies, oats, salt, and hemp seeds or ground flaxseeds if using. Mix well.
- 4Spoon mixture into a 12-hole muffin tray (ideally silicone) and press down firmly.
- 5Freeze for 1 hour until set.
- 6Let sit for 5–10 minutes before eating for best texture.
