Oven-Baked Feta Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 112 eggs(600g)
- 2200 g feta cheese(200g)
- 32.5 tablespoon olive oil(34g)
- 41 teaspoon sea salt(6g)
- 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
- 3Crumble the feta cheese into the dish.
- 4Crack 12 eggs into the dish over the feta.
- 5Drizzle olive oil over the eggs and feta.
- 6Season with sea salt and black pepper.
- 7Gently mix or leave as is for a layered effect.
- 8Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden.
- 9Remove from the oven, gently scramble or stir, and serve hot.
