Tuscan Crostone with Sausage, Stracchino, and Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 18 slice Bread(320g)
- 2100 g Black kale(100g)
- 33 Sausage(300g)
- 4200 g Stracchino cheese(200g)
- 52 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil(27g)
- 60.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 70.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Wash and cut the black kale leaves. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- 3Bake the kale for 10 minutes at 180°C until crispy.
- 4Slice the bread and toast the slices lightly in the oven.
- 5In a bowl, combine the sausage (remove casing) and stracchino cheese. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture.
- 6Spread the sausage and cheese mixture over the toasted bread slices.
- 7Bake the topped bread slices for another 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F) until golden and cooked through.
- 8Top each crostone with the crispy kale chips and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- 9Serve warm and enjoy.
