Ingredients

  • 11.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips(255g)
  • 21.5 cup milk chocolate chips(255g)
  • 30.25 cup unsalted butter(57g)
  • 414 oz sweetened condensed milk(396g)
  • 56 tablespoon hot chocolate mix(60g)
  • 62 teaspoon vanilla extract(8g)
  • 73 cup mini marshmallows(150g)

Instructions

  1. 1Line an 8x8 inch pan or casserole dish with parchment paper or foil. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2Place milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butter in a double boiler.
  3. 3Stir in sweetened condensed milk and hot chocolate mix.
  4. 4Warm double boiler over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has melted. If using a microwave, heat for 45 seconds, stir, and continue heating in 15 second intervals until melted.
  5. 5Once melted, stir in vanilla extract. Gently stir in 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
  6. 6Pour fudge mixture into prepared dish.
  7. 7Top with remaining mini marshmallows and gently press into fudge.
  8. 8Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
