Ingredients

  • 11 cup refried beans(240g)
  • 20.5 pound ground beef(227g)
  • 32 tablespoon taco seasoning(16g)
  • 44 flour tortillas(240g)
  • 51 cup cheddar cheese(113g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. 2Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3Stir in taco seasoning with the cooked beef.
  4. 4Lay out flour tortillas and spread refried beans on each.
  5. 5Add cooked ground beef mixture on top of the beans.
  6. 6Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef.
  7. 7Fold and twist each tortilla into a knot shape, sealing the filling inside.
  8. 8Arrange knots on a baking sheet and sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
  9. 9Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. 10Let cool slightly, then invert onto a serving plate and pull apart to serve.
