- 112 ounce Pasta(340g)
- 22 tablespoon Cajun seasoning(14g)
- 32 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 41 cup Heavy cream(240g)
- 50.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
- 61 Bell pepper(120g)
- 70.5 Onion(60g)
- 82 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 90.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 100.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Slice chicken breast and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- 4Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- 5Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- 6Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce.
- 7Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
