Ingredients

  • 112 ounce Pasta(340g)
  • 22 tablespoon Cajun seasoning(14g)
  • 32 piece Chicken breast(300g)
  • 41 cup Heavy cream(240g)
  • 50.5 cup Parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 61 Bell pepper(120g)
  • 70.5 Onion(60g)
  • 82 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
  • 100.25 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Slice chicken breast and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. 6Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce.
  7. 7Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
