Salsa Verde Street Corn Chicken
Ingredients
- 12 lb chicken breast(907g)
- 21 cup salsa verde(250g)
- 30.5 cup Greek yogurt(120g)
- 41 cup corn(165g)
- 50.5 cup cilantro(8g)
- 61 teaspoon cumin(2g)
- 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
Instructions
- 1Add chicken breast, salsa verde, cumin, and salt to a slow cooker.
- 2Cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- 3Shred the chicken.
- 4Stir in Greek yogurt, corn, and cilantro before serving.
