- 16 slice bacon(180g)
- 21 head green cabbage(900g)
- 31 onion(120g)
- 42 clove garlic(8g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 70.5 teaspoon smoked paprika(1g)
- 80.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the pan.
- 2Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- 3Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 4Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- 5Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender and slightly browned.
- 6Add the cooked bacon back to the pan. Stir to combine. Serve hot and enjoy!
