Ingredients

  • 16 slice bacon(180g)
  • 21 head green cabbage(900g)
  • 31 onion(120g)
  • 42 clove garlic(8g)
  • 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon smoked paprika(1g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the pan.
  2. 2Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  3. 3Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  5. 5Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender and slightly browned.
  6. 6Add the cooked bacon back to the pan. Stir to combine. Serve hot and enjoy!
