Fabulous Fudge

Ingredients

• 12.25 cup sugar(450g)
• 20.75 cup evaporated milk(180g)
• 316 large marshmallows(128g)
• 40.25 cup butter(57g)
• 50.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
• 66 ounce semi-sweet chocolate pieces(170g)
• 71 teaspoon vanilla(4g)
• 81 cup pecans(120g)

Instructions

1. 1Mix in heavy 2-quart saucepan, sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt.
2. 2Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil.
3. 3Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat.
4. 4Stir in until completely melted chocolate. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
5. 5Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
