  • 12.5 medium sweet potato(600g)
  • 21 red onion(150g)
  • 32 large chicken breast(400g)
  • 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 50.5 tablespoon paprika(3.5g)
  • 62 teaspoon garlic powder(6g)
  • 72 teaspoon onion powder(5g)
  • 80.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper(0.5g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 101 jalapeño(15g)
  • 112 ounce feta cheese(57g)
  • 122 tablespoon honey(42g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2Slice sweet potatoes, red onion, and chicken breasts into cubes.
  3. 3Add sweet potatoes, red onion, and chicken to a large sheet pan.
  4. 4Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  5. 5Toss everything on the pan to coat evenly.
  6. 6Bake for 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
  7. 7Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced jalapeño, crumbled feta cheese, and a drizzle of honey.
  8. 8Return to the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred.
  9. 9Serve with sliced avocado if desired.
