Sheet Pan Hot Honey Chicken
Ingredients
- 12.5 medium sweet potato(600g)
- 21 red onion(150g)
- 32 large chicken breast(400g)
- 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 50.5 tablespoon paprika(3.5g)
- 62 teaspoon garlic powder(6g)
- 72 teaspoon onion powder(5g)
- 80.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper(0.5g)
- 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 101 jalapeño(15g)
- 112 ounce feta cheese(57g)
- 122 tablespoon honey(42g)
- 131 avocado(150g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Slice sweet potatoes, red onion, and chicken breasts into cubes.
- 3Add sweet potatoes, red onion, and chicken to a large sheet pan.
- 4Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- 5Toss everything on the pan to coat evenly.
- 6Bake for 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
- 7Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced jalapeño, crumbled feta cheese, and a drizzle of honey.
- 8Return to the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred.
- 9Serve with sliced avocado if desired.
